As part of STOTT PILATES  you will begin to see and feel the difference within a few sessions.

The Stott Pilates method is taught as part of a progressive program covering all of the original exercises.
Respected by fitness and health practioners worldwide, Stott Pilates mind-body exercise builds on the essence of the late Joseph H Pilates work by incorporating modern knowledge about the body and by using over 200 modifications to achieve completion of the program
.

 
These classes are ideal for people who are choosing to :
*change their posture*
* enhance any exsisting sports or fitness regimme*
*  strengthen up the back and core*
* increase flexibility*
                        
 

 
At all beginners and intermediate classes we vary the workout sessions with the use of Foam rollers, small balls, bands, poles and rings.
In every session we always address the engagement of the core.
All mats and equipment are provided.
£5.00 per session (session card 6x £5.00 =£30)
